Trouble With Audio. Sync & Break up

Apparently many people are having similar issues.  I have the TCL Rocky 49” television with no sound bar or amp connected, just using the TV speakers.  Every week I either have a sync issue or audio crack/break up issue.  And every week to fix this problem I have to do a factory reset.  Which means every week I have to re-set up my TV and connected devices, re-log into Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, PBS and AT&T app.  Now, surely I could have much more horrible problems to deal with in my life.  But really, I wish I had a TV that simply just worked.
