Help with audio & video playback issues, TV display type recognition & compatibility, HDCP messages, troubleshooting playback errors, advertisements, and resolving power issues.

Tried everything for the audio stutter

I have already:

tried a new HDMI cord

turned volume off with * key

changed settings to PCI stereo on roku 

powered on and off

new WiFi network

 

What am I missing? I want to bang my head against a wall spent hours mounting. TV with now skipping audio.

I did that as well considering doing factory reset?

Is it a Roku TV? Or is it a TV with a Roku device attached?
