TV series "24" streaming issues

I am watching the TV series "24" but frequently during Ads the streaming is getting stuck and getting error message like the episode is not available or expired. I have to leave multiple episodes halfway. Any idea why is this happening?

The Roku Channel version should be 4.2.3 (highlight it and press the options (*) button)

Try manually checking for updates (Settings/System/System update/Check now) then run TRC again.

If the issue persists, contact Roku:

What app/service are you using to watch 24?

What is the Roku model #/firmware version/app version?

software ver. 9.4.0

build 4200-91

model 3920X

Also this issue is happening only for "24" series while the ads are playing.
