TV no longer recognizes Roku “No Signal”

The unit is a Roku Express and is less than a year old.   I have tried a Hard reset with both cables plugged in.  Changed HDMI cables.  Unplugged power waited 30 secs.  Tried hard reset without HDMI and reset without power.  Tried hard reset without both.  
Still “No signal”.

Any suggestions?
