TRC Episodes not working for Samsung TV

Can anyone help single episodes will not work on my newer model Samsung tv, but live tv works fine.

Is this The Roku Channel app on a Samsung smart tv, or is this a Roku receiver connected to a Samsung tv?

If a Roku receiver, which channel and which programs are exhibiting the problem?

It is the roku channel app on the Samsung tv. I’ve tried clicking on several different episodes and only live tv work

Can you please provide us with more specific information about the issue you are experiencing? Which specific content/episodes are you experiencing this issue on? Does this happen on all movies/shows in The Roku Channel or just specific titles?
