TCM TV Roku loses connection overnight

I have a 4 month old TCM TV with built-in Roku. About 2 out of 3 times I turn it on in the evening, it has lost its wi-fi connection. I have a new solid modem and router, and when I follow the prompts to "check connection", it always re-establishes it immediately, and except for once, never having to re-enter the password. It doesn't take long, but it is annoying. Any suggestions? Its been doing this since day one, but I haven't even had a chance to contact TCM and didn't/don't want the hassle of returning it.
