Help with audio & video playback issues, TV display type recognition & compatibility, HDCP messages, troubleshooting playback errors, advertisements, and resolving power issues.
I have a Roku Model RC108 and it is stuck on the Roku logo screen. It will not load the home screen. I have tried the reset button several times for 5, 10,20 and 30 seconds. I have tried unplugging for those same lengths of time. I have changed the batteries in the remote. Still on the Roku screen. How do I fix this?
