Stick No Signal & White Light

On my second Streaming Stick (Roku had to replace the first one) in a guest room I rarely use. 

Has worked fine nearly a dozen times over the last 2 months. Last two days, steady blinking White Light and No Input signal on the TV. 

Replaced batteries, no change. Hard power cycles, no change. “Reset” button for 30+ seconds, no change. Different HDMI port, no change. Different TV, no change. 

No posts I’ve seen address this problem completely. Much of the same suggestions that have been tried again and again (checking cables, etc). Everything works, nothing has changed, no power outages. Reset router. 

hoping for SOME answer.
