Split screen at start up

I just purchased a onn 55inch roku 4ktv and I setup the tv but the moment I turned it on It was in a split screen mode and i can't figure out how to fix this. Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't, looked all over for a solution through settings but nothing. Fixing screen size doesnt do anything besides adjust both sides. I factory reset it and starts off the same way with the split screen.

I've tried everything as well and still nothing. It doesn't help when roku support isn't available

Were you able to figure it out because my TV is doing the same thing and I can't figure out how to fix it
