Soundstopped

I have used my Roku for months without any issue, but as of this morning there is no sound. Not from normal remotes menu sounds or from shows. When I went to play something from the Roku channel it said non-dialogue version.( I have watched the show before without ever seeing this pop up).

Thanks for the note.

Have you tried plugging your device into another HDMI port on the TV or plugging your device into another TV to see if you are able to hear sound from the device?
