Fix sound not synced with video. Been long enough. FIX IT!!!!!!!!!
Several questions:
What model and model number Roku? (Settings > System > About)
If your Roku is not a Roku TV with Roku functions built in, is your Roku connected directly to the TV or does it go through some other device first, such as an A/V receiver?
Does this happen on all channels or just specific ones? If specific, which ones?

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? Is this issue occurring on a specific channel? How are you connecting your Roku device to your TV? Are you connecting any other external devices in your setup?
