My new Ruko streaming + (got two weeks ago) has sound on all channels example: the trailers on netflix when you got to the program and it shows you a snippet of it still works and is normal but as soon as we go into actually watching the program there's no sound. This is on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, StarzPlay, but we have full sound on YouTube. We have checked all connections and wires and all is fine. We can't seem to figure this glitch out. We have even tried factory resetting it but its still happening.
