Sound issue on tc tv and Roku device

My tc tv and Roku plug don’t produce sound together but all other hdmi connected devices do. What the problem ? I’ve reset both the tv and Roku multiple times

Need more information:  TV brand/model, Roku model # and firmware version (Settings/System/About)

In general, try changing Settings/Audio/HDMI=PCM Stereo

TCl tv , Roku 3930x, software 10.0.0

Is that a Roku TV? If so, is there a reason you have a Roku 3930 connected to it?

Did you try changing the 3930's audio as I described?

Not a Roku tv. And yes I tried that and I checked the tv sound setting as well

@Dgjacks2- Have you tried the Roku in one of the other HDMI ports where other devices are providing sound?
