Sound is not tracking with video

My audio does not match the video. I have tried pushing reset and it does not get better.

Re: Sound is not tracking with video

Change the volume mode settings to "off"

Adjust volume modes during playback

  1. Begin streaming content, or to adjust audio settings for a device connected to your Roku TV and wireless speakers, switch the active input to the external device.
  2. Press the Star button star button on Roku remote on your Roku remote.
  3. Select Sound settings.
    Note: On some Roku devices, this step is not necessary. If you do not see this selection, skip to step 4.
  4. Use the directional pad to switch Volume mode to OFF

Re: Sound is not tracking with video

How is your system configured?  For example:

Roku ==> TV

Roku ==> AV Receiver ==> TV

Roku ==> TV ==> AV Receiver

Many AV Receivers will allow you to introduce a slight delay (mine ranges from 0 to 300 milliseconds) in order to sync the audio and video.  With my Roku devices connected directly to my TVs, I have no syncing issues... when I use my AV receiver for audio, I generally have to introduce approximately. 100 milliseconds of delay to synchronize the audio and video.
