Sound bar has no sound once in a while when turning on
I have two problems related to the sound bar
Once in a while, there would be absolutely no more sound coming out of the sound bar unless I do a complete restart of the TV. I haven't pinpointed what exactly causes that, but it seems to happen more often when I put something from my phone (Spotify) to stream on my TV. Lately, that's when it is happening most. But it should not be limited to that because sometime I might just turn on the TV from the remote and watch some Netflix and there would be no sound unless I completely close the TV (I have fast start enabled). I can still control the sound bar with the remote but no sound. If I close the sound bar with its own remote, then there's sound coming out of the TV. If I re-open : no sound. Seems like there's a problem with the sound output through ARC. Any troubleshooting is welcome.
I can't "normally" control the volume from the iOS app. Let me explain. Whenever I hit + or - on the Roku App, the sound keeps going up up down down down down up down up up. It just keeps going in wtv direction even if I pressed once. I need to get out of the app in order for it to stop doing it. It's annoying and I'm not sure if it's an application problem or sound bar again. Will close sound bar and see if it does the same thing.
