Sound and no video even after resetting and changing TV

As of today all my roku express units show menu and apps, once in a program or movie it will only only play sound and yet video is gone.  I’ve reset the roku and changed it on different TVs, Ive reset my internet and tried my hotspot.  Is this due to the latest update?  If so then Roku needs to fix that ASAP.  It is my only source of TV.

I'm having the exact same issue. I've tried everything to fix it, from unplugging all cables, and trying different cables to factory resetting my device. I don't know what else it could be but the latest update.
