Some Commercials are Garbled, others are not. Can't pause during this time. Only during Streaming Channels NEVER Cable.
Yes, I did a system restart and it was still happening.
There is also a lag on some streaming channels where the audio is not synced up with video.
Perhaps, a separate issue but both started happening around the same time frame.
NO issues at all with the cable tv or any channels directly through the cable box.

Did you recently receive a Roku software update? Check Roku version number and installation date via Settings > System update.
