I bought a new Roku Premier and have been having playback issues with SlingTV. The issue I have is that the screen keeps going black every few minutes. It is unwatchable. I don't have similar issues on my Apple TV or an older 2017 Roku.
I believe the issue is with Roku Premier and not with Sling. There is no dual band support on this device. I threw away the box this came in but want to exchange this for a higher tiered device. Can Roku help me here?
The wireless connectivity shows Excellent network signal and I have tried deleting and re-installing the Sling app at least a few times.
How can I get connected to Roku support?
