I just got my Roku yesterday and am already having issues with it. When I watch anything or even listen to music it skips every two minutes. The screen goes black and the audio cuts out. I don't think it is the WiFi because it has a strong connection. Also sometimes the screen goes completely grey and fuzzy. I just want to know why this is happening because I like the product and don't want to have to return it. Thanks for the help

I have the same issue too, but I believe it's because of my phone being near the TV. I use mine as a computer monitor and always have my phone close to it, if I put my phone very close it will start discolorating pixels and skip even worse on the audio. I imagine it has something to do with the magnets or connection inside my phone device. Best of luck!
