Screen zoomed in and trouble shoot didn’t work

The screen suddenly zoomed in, and I am only able to see portions of the apps. I have tried everything listed to do and nothing works. I can’t seem to find any support. I’m so frustrated!!

Thanks for the post.

Is this issue happening on a specific channel or does it happen across all channels? If you are unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

-screenshot of the issue you are seeing
