Screen suddenly scrambled?

We've had a Roku Premiere+ for 2.5 years and today the screen is suddenly scrambled. We restarted it several times and tried different HDMI cords, but nothing changes. Any ideas of ways to fix this or is it a total loss? We have other less expensive models that are 7 years old and have had no issues.

Same here. It all stated with the update that installed 1/8/2020. (9.3)

Netflix now buffers for ages and then you have 2-3 minutes of very poor quality image before it catches up. Hopefully they will sort it shortly.
