Screen is black

I can hear the volume keys and any other button i press. Ive unplugged the power cord for 60secs and repowered, i also saw a remote reset for the tv and tried that as well with the same results. This tv isn’t 2 months old. My last option at this point is to do a factory reset but how can i when the screen is completely black. The television has not been hit or dropped or no spills. Someone please help. Model Onn roku 43”

Factory reset:

Most tvs will have a reset button, usually on the back somewhere.  Assuming this is not something Wal-mart eliminated from their onn line, with the power on press and hold this button for at least 30 seconds no matter what you may or may not see on the screen.
