Screen fuzzy after 5 mins

Hey... So i am hooking my Roku up directly to input in a Samsung soundbar which feeds to my TV for video and audio. The problem i am having is after about 5 mins, whether i am watching a show or not the screen goes completely fuzzy like there is no video signal, i can still hear the audio from what i was watching just not the video.

Does anyone have an idea on how to correct this? I'd like to use the soundbar for the upgraded audio rather than the audio on the TV.
