Solving playback issues

Update. 

I posted on this subject a few weeks ago, having the same issue as everyone else. For the last two weeks I have not had the screen freeze issue. 

Side note: I watch an episode or two of "Benson" (an 80's sitcom) every night between 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm on the Roku channel. That's where I have been seeing this issue. 

My fix, in the order of events. 

1. Remove the channel
2. Turn off the TV
3. Unplug the TV from the wall
4. Remove the ROKU device
5. Turn off all items that connect to my WiFi router/modem (Including cell phones)
6. Unplug my router/modem from electric outlet
7. Wait two minutes.
8. Plug router/modem in (electric outlet)
9. Wait for all lights to turn green
10. Plug ROKU device back into TV
11. Plug TV back in (electrical outlet)
12. Turn TV back on
13. Add channel back to Roku
14. Turn all other WiFi devices back on. 

After all that, it has been working fine for two weeks now.

Not sure if this actually worked or if it is just a coincidence. 

So, take it for what it's worth.
