Screen flashes on and off for just a second but a

Roku ultra keeps flashing on and off for a second or two several times every time I watch it. This is one of two units and this one is connected to a TV that's less than 2 years old.

Perhaps you have a faulty HDMI cable? Some HDMI cables are not compatible with a specific version of HDCP, so I’m pretty sure that is the issue here.
