SOUND LEVELING or NIGHT modes not working.. muted

Sound works..  BUT while watching a tv shor or movie and a Commercial comes on, the sound becomes super loud for the commercial, then goes back to regular sound for the tv show or movie. I go into menu and select SOUND LEVELING and the sound gets muted completly.. or I select NIGHT sound mode and the sound is muted. i put it back to off and the sound works again but super loud during commercials etc

You’re not the only one and it’s freaking annoying and Roku does nothing about it since two years ago it’s very deafening especially when you have your surround sound going... That’s what we get for during there free **bleep**? Get sued
