SANYO 32 inch Roku TV

My son’s SANYO 32 inch Roku TV has a black screen. The audio works fine, but the screen remains black and has a glow to it. I tried the whole

Press the home button 5 times
•Press the up arrow 1 time
•Press the rewind button two times
•Press the fast forward button two times

and nothing happens. I tried unplugging for 30 seconds and plugging back in, nothing happens. I even tried pushing the reset button in the back, and yet again... nothing happens. Any idea how to fix this???

You should probably contact Sanyo.  This sounds like a hardware problem and Sanyo is responsible for the hardware.

I have this same issue, same tv. We've owned it for over a year and suddenly it's black screen and none of the online solutions work. Help!!! I sure as heck don't have the receipt or box anymore....

If you are having an issue with your Roku TV screen going black but can still hear the audio, customers have reported that unplugging your device for 5-10 minutes then plugging the Roku TV back resolves the issue.
