Roy Rogers Show keeps re-loading over and over

Jump to solution

Does anybody know why the Roy Rogers Show keeps re-loading every few seconds on Dial Back TV and on all the old western tv channels? This happened to me once before and I complained and it got fixed. Now it is doing it again. I like to watch it in the morning for a laugh, it's kind of like a cartoon show it's just so corny.

Thanks, I already did that but I thought it might be a Roku issue but I guess it's not. It's weird I just wonder what causes it to happen. Possibly because I watch it so often?  Thanks, T.

While you are waiting for them to respond:

1) Check for updates:  Settings/System/System update/Check now - try again

2) Restart your Roku:  Settings/System/System restart/Restart - try again
