Roku unexpess

My Roku freezes up! Ever since I purchased it to be honest. I have the fastest internet speed available in my state, so that's not the issue. At first, it only occurred once in a while. I'd have to physically unplug it and plug it back in and it would load up fine and function for great lengths of time. Now however, it freezes everyday sometimes more than once, and frankly, I am disappointed! Is anyone else experiencing this? I tried to contact Roku customer service several times but it's proven to be more difficult than you can imagine. Thanks for reading community members.

Ok so what is your internet setup??? specifically.

Who is your provider, net speed, ROUTER, hardware.....???

Does it happen on a particular Channel?

Otherwise it probably is you and your Genetic makeup.

That does happen occasionally.

You are ranting without telling us specifics.

Reread your post and try to understand we cannot help you with this.

You are not really asking us for help.

We need to know what is happening in specifics.

does this happen on any or every Channel?
