My Roku freezes up! Ever since I purchased it to be honest. I have the fastest internet speed available in my state, so that's not the issue. At first, it only occurred once in a while. I'd have to physically unplug it and plug it back in and it would load up fine and function for great lengths of time. Now however, it freezes everyday sometimes more than once, and frankly, I am disappointed! Is anyone else experiencing this? I tried to contact Roku customer service several times but it's proven to be more difficult than you can imagine. Thanks for reading community members.
