Roku stick - no video but sound is there

I have connected the Roku stick 4K with my Samsung Neo QLED tv - worked fine initially- but when turned on later, once I select any source - no video only sound is there. I believe Roku is taking right resolution for the tv.  Any recommendations for the right tv resolution I should be using or any other solution?

A few things to try:

  • If you're using the TV's USB port (if applicable) to power the stick use the supplied power adapter.
  • Look for the "power saving" feature under Settings->System->Power and try disabling it.
  • Try experimenting with the the display type under Settings->Display type by changing it from "Auto detect" to the other choices.
