I have the Roku stick in one tv and a Roku device on another TV. A couple of weeks ago both started giving me the dreaded "HDCP Error Detected 020". Two separate tvs and two separate devices, same time. I am an Xfinity customer if that help anything (never know, comcast may be screwing with things)
I followed all the instructions on https://support.roku.com/article/208755468 to no avail.
Most of the instructions don't make sense since the stick is plugged directly into the back of the TV. I even did a factory reset, doh! that took quite some time.
Bad update from Roku?

I am having the same problem, just started. Error 020 after the TV is on for 15 - 20 minutes. I have no new equipment (including cables). Following the instructions on roku.com/HDCPhelp did not make any difference. Any thoughts as to why this would be happening suddenly?
