Playback Issues - Audio/Video & Power

All was working fine, until there was nothing.  Nothing shows on the screen. not even the Roku logo.  I have checked in the support area, and can't find anything.  I have checked all of the connections, have reset the stick and still nothing.  Help!

If you press the Home button on your Roku remote a few times and wait a few seconds does anything show up?  Have you removed the stick from the TV and the USB power cable from the stick for several seconds and plugged everything back in?

The buttons on the remote have no effect except for volume and power. I have unplugged everything and plugged it in after a few minutes, I have also reset the remote.  Nothing. ☹️

Does any light on the stick come on when you connect the power?

I cannot find anywhere on the stick where there would be a light...

Do you know the model number?  It should be written on the stick, but it may be very hard to see.  I only have one old stick and it has a light, but I don't know if they all do.  Not seeing any light when the power is connected seems like a bad sign.  If you're using the TV's USB port for power try the supplied USB power adapter or vice versa.  Try another USB power adapter from a phone or tablet.

Looks like at 3819x?  I do not see where a light would be on this stick.

The picture on the box definitely makes it look like there's a light there.  Have you tried other power adapters?

I found the light.  It does not illuminate. 😔. It's only been a little over a year!?!
