Before I go to the step of having to delete and add back streaming services, as this is happening on all of them, has anybody tried this and did it correct the problem? Because honestly, the consumer/user should not have to go to these lengths when clearly this is a problem with the Roku platform that arose last week after they did an update. In my case it has messed up a device that I have never, ever had a problem with before. And now, I along with what appears many others have to jump through hoops on our end to get the functionality of our devices back.
Mine returns to "pair new remote" screen after I set the remote down, stream for a few minutes and then touch the remote, or any of my 3 tv/universal/soundbar remotes. Or just touching the table they are sitting on!
HELP! My only solution is to use the remote in the Roku app on my phone!
Thanks for the note.
Please send me a PM with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number of the Roku device from Settings>System>About. I'll be able to pass along your information to our Support team who will be able to assist you further.
