Roku picture cuts in and out every 15-30 minutes

I have two separate models of Roku (stick and premier) and fir both when watching TV the screen will go to back say connection lost and then kick back in within 15 seconds. This can happen once a show or once every 25-30 minutes. I have a directive as well and it NEVER happens with the fire stick so I know it isn’t a wireless connectivity issue. Since I have two different models I’m thinking this is not device specifics?  Anyone else have this issue and what do I do to fix?

Purely speculation on my part but ...

Maybe the fire stick has a bigger buffer than the Roku (does anybody know??).  If so, it can weather short service interruptions better than the Roku.

Yes, I have this issue and our volume cuts in and out only on the Roku. I am really glad they have support to help trouble shoot issue (sarcasm). Horrible customer service.

I have this problem too. A reset to factory settings solved it briefly then once again lost connection and not able to reconnect. This issue didn’t start until a month or so ago. Before that never an issue. I suspect a software issue as both units started to act up at the same time.
