Roku keeps kicking me out!!

I have looked at all the community posts. I have done a power off & unplug for several minutes. I have turned the band saver off. I have uninstalled & reinstalled. Absolutely nothing works! You expect a $100 streaming tool to work when you need it. My internet signal says excellent & we have no other internet issues. I would really like a solution to why I get kicked off of an app (Disney+ & HBO Max the most) after sometimes as little as 30 seconds. Sometimes 5 minutes. Very irritating & at this point I would not recommend Roku to anyone.
