Roku has to be soft reset constantly

Every time we want to use our roku express we have to unplug and re plug In to get it to work. The white light comes on but just a black screen. Anything I can do to fix this.

Thanks for contacting us regarding the issue you are seeing.

Have you tried changing the HDMI cable or the HDMI port on the TV that the device is connected to? You might also try testing the device on another TV to see if you experience the same behavior.

We also recommend that you are using the provided wall power adapter.
