Roku has locked on a popup related to Enhanced Viewing

Launched Roku tonight and a popup screen came up related to consenting to ACR Service.  Can't get rid of this screen.  Can't see the main menu due to this popup being overlayed.  Have disconnected all cables and reconnected to both the Roku and the TV.  Seems like everything is locked up.

Seems likely this is generated by the tv, not the Roku. See if you can respond to it via the tv remote.

i just got this now and like u say cant consent or not. frozen..unplugged disconnected. did you find out how to get rid of it?
