Playback Issues - Audio/Video & Power

I just did a hard reset on the roku express because the device wasn’t updating after multiple manual attempts - now it won’t reboot. I get the bouncing roku for about 30 seconds then nothing.

I’m having the same issue. After the hard reboot it will ask me for the WiFi info but then goes back to the black screen.
