How are you plugging in your Roku device? Is the device plugged into a wall outlet or is it plugged into the TV USB port? Have you tried factory resetting the Roku device? When trying to perform a factory reset, please make sure to press and hold down the reset button for at least 30 seconds regardless of what is happening on the screen.
