Roku constantly freezing on various apps

My Roku Express (bought within the last 6 months) constantly freezes on various apps. It's now virtually impossible to watch TV.

It is Model 3930EU - Roku Express (3930, 3931 series)  

Current software version is 9.3.0 build 4194.AE

I've already tried removing audio, factory resets, checking for up-to-date software, removing themes...

I'm really struggling to find any solution, details of how you can actually replace the device or even a contact number for Roku. Please can someone help?
