Roku Ultra quit working after 5 months - “no signal”

My Roku ultra is 5 months old and suddenly keeps giving me the message “No Signal.” I’ve purchased a new HDMI cable, switched HDMI ports on the TV, and even tried using the Roku on a completely different television. The only way to get the Roku to work is to physically unplug it before I turn on the television. Is it supposed to break so soon? Is there a way to fix it?
