Help with audio & video playback issues, TV display type recognition & compatibility, HDCP messages, troubleshooting playback errors, advertisements, and resolving power issues.
I have a Roku Ultra hooked up to my TV with HDMI. All of a sudden a few months ago the sound on Disney Plus stopped working. Then the sound on Netflix stopped...and then youtubeTV. I've reset the device to factory, installed all updates but I still get no sound. Has this happened to anybody else?
