After repeated attempts of communication via email, I have no other option but to post here. I am aware of the many users that are experiencing the same issues. Today, for the sixth time in the last four weeks, my Roku Ultra, purchased July 2019, froze and went to black screen. The only thing that works is holding the reset button for 20 seconds, and then setting up all over again. Customer support on this issue is non-existent. Email is a waist of time, just as the hours spent reloading channels, inputting passwords, and going to multiple websites to link. At one time, if you spent a hundred bucks on a product, the manufacturer would stand behind the product. These people, ROKU EXCECUTIVES, are asleep at the wheel. WAKE UP! Either Fix the Problem, Replace the Hardware, or Give a Refund.
