The tv (not a Roku tv) comes up with a low power message upon initialization. Sometimes after a short period of time it cycles through and works. Other times the low power message remains. Using out of the box equipment/cables and same wall outlet.
I have had my roku for less than a year and it say low power i have used everything that came with it plus i even set it up on a different tv saying low power what is going on
It's possible that the power adapter is failing. Do you have one from a phone or tablet you can try?
After using the streaming stick for almost two years, same equipment and connections I’m getting this low power message. It doesn’t make sense to suddenly not pull enough power to do what it’s always done. Is it failing after not even two years?
It's possible it's failing. It could be the power supply that's failing, not the Roku itself. Are you powering from the included power supply? Or are you using the USB on the TV to power the Stick? If the TV USB, try the power supply.

Hey Danny, Same problem here.!
Not happy never had this problem before... my son was just over here and it worked for except he used his Hotspot on his cellphone. When it came time to used my Hotspot which both of ours is Verizon mine didn't work. The same message popped up to use a different plug in
Thanks for the post.
Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is plugged into a wall outlet?
With more information we will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
Danny
