Replying with my 2 cents. All of my streaming devices were frozen on screensaver which disabled the remotes ability to navigate any of the buttons as well. While all devices were visible on the home network, they were unable to connect. All streaming was disable in my home network. To make a long story short after many hours of non-support ATT and Roku support chat, simply unplugged the streaming device from the electrical source (wall). The streaming sticks had all undergone an overnight update and had become stuck at rebooting. Only unplugging from the power source, not just the tv, gave the systems the kick it needed to finish and reboot correctly.
