Roku Stick + video not working

This is model 3810.

Once or twice a week I'm having to restart it because the video doesn't play on any channel although the audio works fine. I believe this happens when I'm on the home screen and the screensaver is the only thing going. I pick a channel and start playing a video and it's a black screen. I've tried other channels and video won't play. After a restart, it works fine.

Has this happened to anyone and is there a solution?
