Since my upgrade to software release 9.4.0, my TCL TV has been dropping the local OTA channels and experiencing erratic audio issues. I've tried repeatedly to get Roku support to respond in a meaningful way, but with no chat or phone support the effort has dragged into multiple weeks with days often going by before a response. TCL support has stated this is a Roku issue, as has the extended warranty support vendor. At this time my expectations of Roku support are very low. Since they have not even acknowledged that the issue is theirs, the likelyhood of me investing in any kind of Roku TV or streaming device is extremely low.
