Roku Premier+ suddenly has a problem with the Daily Wire dropping out back to Home

In the last 2 weeks my Roku Premier+ will only play the Daily Wire app for 10 minutes then drops out to the Home page. I have updated Roku software and deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times but the same problem persist. Has not been an issue for several months prior to this problem.

Thanks for the post.

Have you restarted your Roku device before reinstalling the channel back in? That step is critical when performing the troubleshooting. You can follow the steps below to make sure it will be executed effectively.

  1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press the Star button star button on Roku remote to open the options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
     
    • Note: If you are removing a subscription channel billed to your Roku account, you must cancel the subscription before you see the Remove channel option. For help identifying this type of subscription channel, read the detailed article about removing a channel.
       
  2. Restart your Roku device: If it is inconvenient to reach the power cord to unplug your Roku device, you can restart the device from the settings menu. Go to Settings > System > System restart > Restart on a player, or Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart on a Roku TV.
     
  3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.
     
    • Note: If you are adding a subscription channel billed to your Roku account, you will need to resubscribe.

If still no dice, it'll be best to reach out to Daily Wire support directly to report the issue and for further help. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. If the only affected channel is Daily Wire, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer.
