I am having this problem as well. 1/4 screen on both Netflix and Prime Video apps. I watched earlier today, and the screen was fine. This afternoon, the screen is messed up. Rebooting ROKU fixes the problem, implying it is a s/w issue.

I have same issue. Finally gave up and switched to my old fire stick. Guess I should of saved my money and stuck with amazon
Same issue for me. I wish you would stop asking what type of TVs we all have, it does NOT matter since all sorts of TVs are being used. It is an issue with YOUR device. It happens to me too and a reboot fixes till the next time. I already unplugged it and did the song and dance all the rest of us do...we need a fix! Thanks.
