I just recently purchased a Roku Express. I set it up today and have it connected to my WiFi. Every time I open Netflix and a few other apps, my Roku crashes and restarts. I have tried deleting the app, then reseting my Roku 3-4 times. Nothing has helped. Has anyone experience this issue?
Are you using the supplied power adapter and not the TV's USB port? If so, I'd probably just take it back.
My roku is plugged into the USB on my tv.
How do I report an issue? One of these posts said to report an issue number for this - but I'm not sure who to send that to.
